We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in business, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. What things will they be used for in the future? Is this dependence on computers a good thing or should we be more suspicious of their benefits?

 In the last two decades, cybernetics has experienced a major breakthrough. This led to the utilization of computers in nearly all parts of our daily life, from personal computers to complicated surgery performing robots. Surely the uptake of this technology facilitates a lot of difficult tasks but is this excessive dependence ripping the warmth of our lives? In this essay, I will outline how the availability of computers affects our lives.

Internet when used as a source of information, has more drawbacks than advantages. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

Some businesses now say that no one can smoke cigarettes in any of their offices. Some governments have banned smoking in all public places. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons.

Most of the firms, organizations, and companies as well as the Government make restrictions to smoke in workplaces and public amenities respectively. It has become fashionable in the world today to blame smoking. However, although I feel that smoking can be harmful, I don’t think it should be forbidden completely. I would also argue that people should have the right whether they smoke or not.
